Developmental Model
Designed to establish fun and positive experiences for tennis players, our Development Model offers a comprehensive athletic development that maximizes the potential of players at every level.
The purpose of Tiny Tot is to give players a fun and exciting introduction to tennis. Players use red balls that bounce lower and move more slowly through the air. Courts at this level are 36 feet long and 18 feet wide, with a net that is 2 feet 9 inches tall. Designed for beginners, players will learn body control, hand eye coordination, and basic strokes through fun games and drills. Players in this clinic do not need any prior experience.
The aim of Red Ball 1 is to introduce tennis in a fun environment, with the goal of using drills and games to learn rally based skills. Designed for beginners, players will learn different types of strokes such as groundstrokes, volleys, and serves through fun games and drills. Players use red balls that bounce lower and move more slowly through the air. Courts at this level are 36 feet long and 18 feet wide, with a net that is 2 feet 9 inches tall. Players in this clinic do not need any prior experience. Players may be in this clinic for a year or more before moving to Red Ball 2.
Red Ball 2 is designed for intermediate to advanced players with the goal of using drills and games to master technique and rally based skills. Players use red balls that bounce lower and move more slowly through the air. Courts at this level are 36 feet long and 18 feet wide, with a net that is 2 feet 9 inches tall. Prior to enrolling, players should take Red Ball 1 or equivalent for several sessions. Players may be in this clinic for a year or more before moving up to Orange Ball.

Bronze Ball is designed for beginners to advanced beginners with the goal of using drills and games to establish the correct form and fundamentals of tennis. Players use standard yellow balls on a standard court. In this clinic, the building blocks and proper technique are heavily emphasized. Players in this clinic do not need any prior experience, but they must exhibit coachability and the desire to improve with a positive attitude. Players may be in this clinic for a year or more before moving to Silver Ball.
Silver Ball is designed for players that exhibit sound technique on groundstrokes, volleys, and serves using standard yellow balls on a standard court. Players in this clinic must exhibit a strong work ethic, coachability, and the desire to improve with a positive attitude. In this clinic, we focus on fine tuning technique, consistency with all shots, and developing points. In order to be in Silver Ball, players must be approved by our coaching staff or pass the timed on court assessment. Players may be in this clinic for a year or more before moving to Gold Ball.
Gold Ball is designed for our top performing players that exhibit sound technique on groundstrokes, volleys, and serves using standard yellow balls on a standard size court. Players in this clinic must exhibit a strong work ethic, coachability, and the desire to improve with a positive attitude. In this clinic, we focus on singles and doubles strategy, shot selection, and one’s overall maturity of the game. In order to be in Gold Ball, players must be approved by our coaching staff or pass the timed on court assessment.
